Supporting the formulation and execution of the Annual Training and Capacity Building Plan and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Assisting in designing functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs, and coordinating with external training institutes and consultants. Managing end-to-end training logistics, maintaining the Training Calendar, and preparing training reports and dashboards. Supporting implementation of Learning Management Systems/e-learning platforms, including the iGOT Karmayogi Portal. Analyzing training feedback and effectiveness, and preparing periodic reports on Learning & Development outcomes and ROI. Identifying new business opportunities and clients for pest control services, and supporting preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations.
