Candidates must submit their completed applications in the prescribed format along with all required particulars and testimonials to the Office Chamber, Toji Nabish (Revenue) Branch, District Commissioner's Office, Sivasagar on or before 30 October 2026. Applications submitted after this date or without the required documents will be rejected.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Other Eligibility Conditions: Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam. The candidate must belong to the Nazira Revenue Circle area under Sivasagar district where the vacant mouza is situated, as local permanent residency is mandatory. The applicant must be financially sound and capable of providing landed property and fixed cash security as per the prescribed rules of the government. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in mouza administration.

Self-attested copies of educational certificates and marksheets starting from Matriculation Proof of permanent residence (Citizenship certificate/Permanent resident certificate) Caste certificate (if applicable) Financial soundness certificates or proof of landed property and cash security as required Documents supporting any prior mouza administration experience (if applicable)

Selection for the Mouzadar post is conducted through the verification of submitted applications, accompanying documents, and proof of financial soundness and local residency. Preference is given to candidates with prior administrative experience in managing a mouza.
