Minimum age of 18 years. Minimum qualification: passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination. Basic computer knowledge is required; candidates holding an MSCIT or equivalent certificate will be given preference. Must be a local resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat area applied for (the entire Gram Panchayat area is treated as the geographic unit for this purpose).
