Minimum 03 years of experience in Safety Department in Indian Railways (IR) or DFCCIL or Other PUs / PSUs of Indian Railways OR should be currently working in Safety Department in IR or DFCCIL or Other PUs / PSUs of Indian Railways. Sound understanding of railway safety rules, procedures, and best practices, along with proven administrative capability. General Manager (Law): Full time regular bachelor's degree in law with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/Institute in India. Experience in handling Arbitrations (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matters, Industrial/Labour/Commercial Law matters and other dispute resolution mechanisms. Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Land Acquisition, Contractual disputes, Service and Regulatory matters etc. Handling litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Deputy General Manager (IT): B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering OR M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications) OR equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Proven in-depth experience in one or more core IT functions: Networking (LAN/WAN) design/management, Application Development (Software Development Lifecycle), or Cloud/Hybrid Hosting management. Experience in handling public procurement procedures. |
