Age Relaxation

Retired employees: certificates proving age, retirement, designation, service and a satisfactory service record. Outside candidates: attested copies of certificates of educational and technical qualifications, date of birth and community/category (where applicable), the caste certificate, and other required particulars. Outside candidates in the P.W.D category: a copy of the certificate. A photograph affixed to the form, attested by a Gazetted Officer (retired employees) or duly attested (outside candidates). Eligible retired judicial employees are considered first. Eligible outside candidates are considered for a post only if no suitable and eligible retired judicial employees are available for it. The tests and the interview for each post are:

Candidates must be physically and mentally fit to carry out the duties of the post. Selected candidates must sign an agreement with the Principal District Judge, Krishna District, Machilipatnam, initially for one year, subject to the applicable rules and conditions of appointment. The appointment is purely temporary, contractual and ad hoc. The services of re-employed employees can be terminated under the applicable terms and conditions of appointment.
