Qualification: For Retd. Employees: Ministerial Officers who retired as Typist-cum-Assistant available at district head quarters, or retired from service on attaining superannuation and not attained 65 years of age, with computer operation knowledge/qualification.; For Outsiders: Graduate from any recognized University and passed A.P. Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade, with computer operation knowledge/qualification. Age limit: Completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 42 years (as on 31 October 2026) Age relaxation: SC 5, ST 5, BC 5 Other conditions: Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation. Candidate must be of sound health, active habits and free from bodily defects or infirmity.

Contract basis for a period of one year from the date of selection. Extension on yearly basis on satisfactory performance.

Typing test as the case may be Interview Selection will be made on a temporary basis by conducting a typing test and interview.

No T.A. and D.A. will be paid to the candidates to attend the interview.

Certificate of service as Typist cum Assistant (for retd employees) Certificate showing the date of birth Self-addressed postal envelope with postage of Rs.40/- for register post with acknowledgement due Certificates of Educational, Technical, Community Certificates etc. (for outsiders) Attested copies of certificates with regard to age, caste, educational and technical qualifications and service certificates
