Applicants must be permanent residents of Kondagaon district.

Selected candidates will receive dearness allowance as sanctioned by the government from time to time.

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in specified criteria, followed by a computer skill test. Higher Secondary (12th) marks weightage: 50 percent Higher educational qualification weightage: 10 marks (Graduation: 05 marks, Post-Graduation: 05 marks) Computer skill test marks weightage: 25 percent Rozgar Sahayak work experience weightage: 15 marks (03 marks per year up to maximum 05 years, 01 month to minimum 09 months of service) For every 01 post, 10 candidates will be called for the computer skill test based on merit. In case of a tie in merit, the older candidate in age will be given priority.

Applications must be sent strictly via registered post or speed post; applications sent through any other medium will not be accepted. Applications received after 27 October 2026, 5:00 PM will be automatically rejected. Applicants must be permanent residents of Kondagaon district. Incomplete applications or applications without required attachments will be summarily rejected. Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of two years, which may be extended up to five years. The number of vacancies is subject to increase or decrease as per requirements. If the applicant is involved in any criminal case or court proceedings, clear details must be provided in the application.
