District Panchayat Koriya Gram Panchayat Sachiv Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 10 Posts

There are a total of 10 vacancies for the Gram Panchayat Sachiv post distributed across various categories as follows: Further reservation breakdown by gender and sub-category:

Applicant must be a native resident (sthai mool niwasi) of Koriya district. Applicants must also have an active employment exchange registration in Koriya district as of the date of application.

The minimum age of the applicant must not be less than 18 years, and the maximum age must not exceed 35 years as per the notification date. Local residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible for a 5-year upper age relaxation up to 40 years. Upper age limit inclusive of all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years for special categories (SC, ST, OBC, Women, Persons with Disabilities), and up to 45 years for government employees, Nigam/Mandal workers, contractual personnel, and ex-servicemen as per general administration department norms.

The notification does not mention any application fee.

The selection process comprises merit list preparation based on educational marks, experience, and a computer skill test. For the computer skill test, 10 candidates per post will be called based on merit. The test will include 15 minutes of English typing and 15 minutes of Hindi typing.

Applications received after the last date and time (22 October 2026, 05:00 PM) or submitted directly by hand/ordinary post will not be accepted. Incomplete application forms or lack of required self-attested documents will lead to automatic rejection. No application fee or correction window is provided after submission. Selected candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 3 years, which may be extended by 2 years. Providing false information will result in cancellation of candidature and legal action. Active employment registration in Koriya district employment exchange is mandatory.
