Applications must be submitted on the prescribed format (Form-01) along with self-attested copies of educational certificates, mark sheets, and Aadhaar card. Applications can be submitted directly or sent through registered post to the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Moradabad.

Educational Qualification: Must be literate, with preference given to Matriculate pass applicants. Advocates are not eligible to apply. Eligible Categories / Backgrounds: Retired teachers, retired government employees and senior citizens, social work postgraduates and teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors/physicians, NSS and law students, non-political service-oriented NGOs and clubs, women neighbourhood groups, Mahila Mandal, Maitri Sangh and other self-help groups, long-term prisoners who have served sentences with good conduct, and any other person deemed suitable by DLSA or Tehsil Legal Services Committee. Special Preference Categories: Exceptional sportspersons, distinguished artists, and exceptional/talented persons who have demonstrated notable skills in any field. Age Limit: Minimum age of 18 years; no upper age limit.

The selection process involves screening and shortlisting of applications followed by training. Selected volunteers serve a 1-year tenure from the date of successful completion of training.
