Eligible candidates shall submit their applications in the prescribed format enclosed as Application Form, along with the required documents, to: The District Medical & Health Officer, F25, IDOC, Suryapet District, Telangana from 23.10.2026 to 29.10.2026 on office timings at 10.30 AM to 5.00PM on all working days. Applications received after the prescribed last date and time shall not be considered.

Preferential Qualifications Tuberculosis Health visitors recognized course Govt. recognized degree /Diploma in social work or Medical social work MPHW course The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years in terms of (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996). The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2026. For SCs., STs & BCs & EWS: Relaxation of (05) years. For NCC (who worked as Instructor in NCC): relaxation of (3) years and length of service in NCC. For Physically challenged persons: relaxation of 10 (ten) years.

Candidates shall enclose self-attested copies of the following documents: SSC/10th Class Certificate for proof of age. All relevant educational qualification certificates. Marks memos of all years/semesters of the qualifying course. Community/Caste Certificate, wherever applicable. EWS Certificate, wherever applicable. PwD Certificate, wherever applicable. Local candidature/Study Certificates, wherever applicable. Aadhaar Card/other prescribed identity proof. Experience Certificate, wherever applicable. Proof of payment of application fee, if prescribed. Any other document prescribed by the Government/DSC. Candidates shall produce the original certificates at the time of certificate verification/counselling.

The selection shall be made by the District Selection Committee, Suryapet, on behalf of the District Health Society. Selection shall be made strictly on merit. Merit shall be calculated on the basis of the combined percentage of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination (90 marks) and Age (10 marks). as applicable, for a total of 100 marks. The Rule of Reservation shall be followed as per the Government orders in force. The Presidential Order, 2018, shall be followed as applicable.
