DMMU WBSRLM Block Level Mentor Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 28 Posts

A total of 28 tentative vacancies are available for Block Level Mentors across various blocks in Birbhum under the Enterprise Finance scheme.

Must be a permanent resident of the block for which applied. Ex-banker and empaneled BRP from public or private sector banks who have at least 5-7 years of relevant field experience in micro or small enterprise segment in rural areas. Empaneled block / district level trainers (DLTs/BLTs), Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, MBA, graduates who are conversant with functioning of banks for micro-enterprise loans. Active women SHG member for last 3 years in the same block from the date of issue of notice. The applicant must be valid/registered voter as per the current electoral roll.

Age limit of the applicant should be between 25 to 45 years as on 01.01.2026 .

There is no application fee. No T.A / D.A will be paid for appearing in the Computer Practical Test and Walk in Interview.

The selection process consists of a Written Test, Computer Test, and Personal Interview. Carries 60 Marks, covering General Knowledge, English & Math of Class X standard, Reasoning, Current Affairs, and NRLM Concept etc. Carries 30 Marks, covering MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Carries 10 Marks.

Engagement of the Mentor may be terminated or discontinued by the competent authority in case of non-performance, rude behaviour, misconduct, or any other unsatisfactory conduct. Applications must be submitted within the specified date and time in the respective block office drop box. Applications must be filled on the basis of fact which will have to substantiate with documentary evidence during selection, failing which candidature will be cancelled. No T.A / D.A will be paid for the tests and interview. Applications submitted anywhere other than the designated block office drop box or outside working hours will not be considered.
