DPCC Recruitment 2026 : How to Apply Online Step-by-Step

  • 1Applications are accepted only through proper channel, in the prescribed proforma, in English or Hindi.
  • 2Download the advertisement and the application form from dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in under "Office Order & Circulars".
  • 3Fill in the proforma: post applied for, personal and department details, date of retirement, education, a point-by-point statement of how you meet each essential and desirable requirement, employment history with pay level of the post held on a regular basis (enclose your latest salary slip), nature of present employment, feeder-grade status, total emoluments, and supporting information such as publications, awards and professional affiliations. Affix a recent passport-size photograph and sign the declaration.
  • 4Attach self-attested copies of proof of age, educational qualifications, work experience, and SC/ST/OBC/PwD certificate if claiming.
  • 5Have your employer or cadre-controlling authority complete the certification on the last page: that the particulars are correct, you hold the qualifications and experience, you will be relieved if selected, no vigilance or disciplinary case is pending, integrity is certified, the CR dossier or attested ACR/APAR copies for the last five years are enclosed, and whether any major or minor penalty was imposed in the last ten years.
  • 6Your department forwards the application with the signed bio-data, attested APAR copies for five years, integrity certificate, vigilance clearance and penalty statement to: The Administrative Officer, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, 3rd Floor, IT Park, DMRC Building, Shastri Park, Delhi – 110053

  • 10If you already applied to DPCC's earlier rolling advertisement with complete documents, you do not need to apply again.
  • 11Each post has two independent conditions (service and qualification). Check both before asking your department to forward the application, since candidature cannot be withdrawn later.
