  • 11The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai and Debts Recovery Tribunals are quasi-judicial bodies set up under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, as amended from time to time.
  • 12Officers in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. A deputationist already at DRAT/DRTs under DRAT Mumbai's jurisdiction shall not be eligible for consideration for absorption or promotion.
  • 13The period of deputation including any deputation in another ex-cadre post immediately preceding this appointment in the same or another Organisation/Department shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
  • 14The applicant should clearly indicate service particulars, experience, educational qualification, and place of posting for which applied in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-I & II. No action will be taken on advance copy of mail copy.
  • 15The Parent Department/Office shall issue a certificate to the effect that the official is clear from Vigilance point of view and no disciplinary case is either pending or contemplated against the official (Annexure-II). Applications without this certificate will be rejected.
  • 16Officials who volunteer for the post shall not be allowed to withdraw their names after forwarding.

Q3What is the nature of appointment and duration of deputation?
A
Selected candidates will be appointed on deputation basis for an initial period of 1 year, which can be extended up to a maximum of 3 years as per Recruitment Rules 2018 dated 08.06.2018. No further extension beyond 3 years will be allowed. Terms of deputation shall be regulated in accordance with DoPT OM as amended from time to time.

No. Departmental officials in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.
