OIC Polyclinic: Graduate with a minimum of 05 years of work experience in Health Care Institutions or Managerial positions. Med Specialist: MD/MS in the concerned specialty or DNB with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the specialty after post-graduation. Med Offr: MBBS with a minimum of 03 years of work experience after internship. Preferable additional qualification in medicine/surgery. IT Net WkTech: Diploma or Certificate equivalent in IT Networking or Computer application with a minimum of two years of work experience. Lab Tech: B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology OR Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a recognized institution/board AND a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution. Minimum 03 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Lab. Dental Hygienist Dental Assistant: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygienist/Class-1D
