EdCIL has advertised a total of 57 positions across seven post categories for the PMU under Samagra Shiksha & STARS, Rajasthan Project. Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in Budgeting/Finance/Planning in State Government/Central Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Development organisation/National or International development partners/Social Sector Organisation/CSR/Trust, of which at least 2 years must be at the National or State level. All posts under this recruitment carry a consolidated monthly fee/remuneration, inclusive of all allowances. There is no separate pay scale, as these are contractual engagements.

The selection process will be based on academic/professional qualifications and post-qualification experience, and will also include an Interview, as may be decided depending on the total number of eligible applicants. A waiting list will also be prepared for each category of consultant/other position, so that if a selected candidate does not join, or if any consequential vacancy arises, suitable candidates from the waiting list will be given the opportunity to join, based on experience and qualifications.
