EPI Manager Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 12 Assistant Manager, Manager and More Posts

EPI has announced 12 vacancies at different locations across India. The post-wise and location-wise vacancy details are given below.

Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification, post-qualification experience and previous remuneration for the post. The qualification must be recognised by AICTE, UGC or another competent statutory authority. Important: Teaching, training, consultancy and freelancing experience will not be treated as relevant experience.

In addition to the prescribed qualification and experience, candidates must meet the following previous gross remuneration requirement: Candidates must produce supporting documents such as salary slips, bank statements, Form 16 or a salary certificate. The last three months' salary slips must be produced during document verification.

The maximum age limit ranges from 32 to 42 years, depending on the post and reserved category. Age will be calculated as of 29 September 2026. SC and ST candidates: 5 years OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates: 3 years Persons with Disabilities: 10 years Age relaxation will apply to the reserved posts according to Government rules. Reserved-category candidates applying against an unreserved post will not receive category-based age relaxation.

The official notification does not specify an application fee.

The appointment will initially be made for one year. It may be extended up to three years based on satisfactory performance and organisational requirements.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualification marks and relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates called for the interview must produce the following original documents along with one set of self-attested copies: System-generated online application form Updated resume or bio-data Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates Graduation and postgraduate mark sheets and certificates Professional qualification certificates, if applicable Post-qualification experience certificates Appointment, joining and relieving orders, where applicable Pay slips, Form 16 or other remuneration proof SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwD or Ex-Serviceman certificate, if applicable Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID or passport One recent passport-size colour photograph Any other relevant supporting document

Candidates should verify their eligibility before submitting the application. Incomplete applications or applications without the required information may be rejected. The qualification percentage must be entered without rounding off. A score of 54.9% will be treated as below 55%. The age and experience cut-off date is 29 September 2026. The date of declaration of the qualification result will be treated as the date of acquiring the qualification. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India according to EPI requirements.
