Qualification : PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned Specialty from a Recognized University. For ICU and Accident & Emergency, Postgraduates in Critical Care is required/preferred. Experience (Specialist) : Minimum 03 years after PG Degree or 05 years after PG Diploma in concerned specialty from government/recognized private hospital. Experience (Senior Resident) : PG preferred. If not available, MBBS with 2 years experience (1 year in specialty) may be considered for 1 year. Registration : Must be registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

Full Time Contractual Specialist : Consolidated Rs. 1,48,263/- per month (No Work No Pay Basis). Senior Resident : Initial pay in Level-11 with Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700/- plus other allowances as per 7th CPC. Deductions apply for candidates with only PG Diploma or without PG.

Full Time Contractual Specialist : Not exceeding 69 years. Senior Resident : Not exceeding 45 years. Age relaxation as per rules.
