Age limits for candidates applying for ESIC Hospital Korba recruitment are determined as on the date of interview. Candidates seeking reservation or age relaxation under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS categories must ensure they are entitled as per Government of India instructions and possess valid certificates in the prescribed format.

No other allowances like HRA, NPA etc. are payable for Senior Resident posts. Additional working hours or emergency visits for specialists are subject to justification by the Medical Superintendent.

Recruitment is purely on a contractual basis and selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of service in ESIC Hospital Korba. Private practice of any kind is not allowed for full-time contractual specialists. Selected candidates must deposit security money of Rs 30,000/- through Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund Account No.1", Korba at the time of joining. Selected candidates must hold a professional indemnity policy with a minimum sum assured per annum ranging from Rs 10 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs depending on the specialty. Selected candidates will have to sign a contract of agreement on a bond paper worth Rs 100/- at their own cost. Candidates currently in service must submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview. Hostel accommodation or quarters will not be provided by the hospital.
