Register for Job Alerts Employees' State Insurance Corporation Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati is recruiting candidates for 32 Senior Resident vacancies on a contract basis. Eligible applicants can attend the walk-in interview on 30 October 2026, reporting at 9:00 AM at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati. Candidates must fill the application form and send self-attested dossiers via email along with MCI/SMC Number and contact number, and attend the walk-in selection process. The notified pay for the posts is Rs. 67,700 (Level 11) with fixed basic pay and other allowances. The selection process consists of Document Verification followed by a Walk-in Interview.

Total vacancies: 32. Category-wise break-up: UR - 7, OBC - 11, SC - 7, ST - 1, EWS - 6.

Candidates must possess the academic qualification, teaching, and research experience as per the latest guidelines of NMC (National Medical Commission), stipulated in Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025.

Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of document verification and interview.

Other allowances include NPA, DA, HRA, TA, and DA on TA. The approximate total remuneration on date is Rs. 139462.

Candidates must report for document verification between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022. Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.

Candidates who will be able to join immediately will be preferred. Number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview. Canvassing in any form shall be disqualification. Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided. Selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 30,000/- drawn in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No. 1" payable at Guwahati towards security deposit. If the selected candidate resigns/terminates contract within 09 months of commencement with or without prior notice, the security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- will be forfeited. No Private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.
