Pay for all posts is structured on a fixed basic pay basis as per the applicable Pay Level, along with other allowances determined by ESIC Headquarters orders. Non-medical officers selected under this recruitment are not entitled to Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) . Allowances are governed by ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022 , or any subsequent orders issued thereafter.

Every selected candidate, irrespective of post, must submit a Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- via Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" at Surat at the time of joining. This deposit is fully refundable on successful completion of the contract period , provided the candidate submits a "No Dues Certificate." However, resignation within six months of joining will result in forfeiture of the security deposit , except in cases of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances where relaxation may be considered by the competent authority.

This is a purely contractual position with no entitlement to regular government service benefits, so candidates should evaluate these terms carefully before applying.
