Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have retired from Central Government Ministries or Departments having experience of functioning in Government bodies, specifically having retired from Non-S&T (Group B) posts at ASO Level (Level 6). Age Limit: Not more than 63 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application (10 November 2026).

Candidates meeting the conditions shall be empanelled on the basis of criteria like experience, qualification, etc. The Consultant will be selected by a duly constituted Committee.
