• Call Letter (downloaded from Bank's website) with original and photocopy of currently valid photo identity proof bearing exactly the same name as on the call letter - valid IDs: PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter's Card, Bank Passbook with photograph, Photo identity proof issued by Gazetted Officer on official letterhead, Photo identity proof issued by People's Representative on official letterhead, valid College/University Identity Card, Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar with photograph, Employee ID, or Bar Council Identity Card. (Note: Ration Card and Learner's Driving License are NOT valid.)
• Original degree certificates, caste certificate, experience certificates, and any other relevant certificates (at the time of interview)
• In case of name change - original Gazette notification, original marriage certificate, or affidavit in original
• CGPA conversion letter from Head of Institute/Controller of Examination (if CGPA-based grading)
• Scribe undertaking and disability/medical certificate (for PwBD candidates requesting scribe facility - must be registered for scribe and compensatory time in online application form)
• The handwritten declaration text is: "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the system-generated online application form after registration. No change/alteration is possible after clicking COMPLETE REGISTRATION. Registration is complete only when fee is paid online on or before 14-06-2026. Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Candidates must carry the call letter along with original and a photocopy of currently valid photo identity proof to the examination and interview - without these, entry will not be permitted. The name on the call letter must exactly match the name on the photo identity proof - female candidates who have changed name post-marriage must note this carefully. Candidates reporting late after the reporting time on the call letter will NOT be permitted to take the examination. No request for change of examination centre/venue/date/session will be entertained. Mobile phones (even in switched-off mode), pagers, or any electronic communication devices are strictly prohibited in the examination/interview hall - violation leads to disqualification and possible debarment from future Exim Bank recruitments. Exim Bank will analyse response patterns - if response sharing is detected, candidature will be cancelled and results withheld. Pre-recruitment training will be organized for reserved category candidates who opt for it in the online application form. PwBD candidates requiring a scribe must arrange their own scribe at their own cost and must indicate the requirement in the online application form - subsequent requests may not be entertained. Eligible PwBD/locomotor disability/visually impaired candidates get 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour. Selected candidates must execute a personal bond of Rs. 3 lakh to serve the Bank for a minimum of 5 years from date of joining.
