Physical Eligibility
| Details | The competition level for Exim Bank MT Recruitment 2026 is expected to be very intense given that only 05 vacancies are on offer across two disciplines from a large pool of MBA/PGDBM graduates across India. The Bank being a premier financial institution under the Government of India makes this an exceptionally sought-after position among finance, HR, and administration postgraduates. The subjective Written Test format — unlike the MCQ-based bank exams — demands strong subject knowledge, analytical writing ability, and command over HR / Administration concepts rather than just speed and aptitude. | The low vacancy count means even marginal differences in written test scores will determine shortlisting for the interview round. Candidates with domain depth in HRM/Personnel Management (for MT-HRM) or Hotel/Facilities/Civil background with MBA (for MT-Administration) are better positioned. The Personal Interview carrying 30% of the final weightage means soft skills, subject clarity, and awareness of Exim Bank's functions and India's international trade ecosystem will be critical differentiators at the final stage. |
