2 year Post Graduate Degree in Social Work or Human Resources Management or Labour Welfare from any institution recognised by the Central or State Government OR 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or Human Resources Management or Labour Welfare from any institution recognised by the Central or State Government. Working knowledge (speaking, reading and writing) in Malayalam language in addition to English. Minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience (managerial cadre) in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations in a PSU/Factory/Mines/Plantations having a workforce of minimum 250 employees.

Maximum Age Limit: 35 years (as on 01.07.2026) Age Relaxation: Maximum age limit for PwBD is 10 years, and for Ex-Servicemen, it is the period of service to be deducted, with the resultant age not exceeding the maximum age limit by more than 3 years.

Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000 (E2) Selected candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of six months with Basic Pay at the minimum in managerial scale of pay of Rs.50000-160000 (E2). Candidates will be eligible for IDA, EPF and other applicable allowances and perks like medical reimbursement/medical insurance coverage/ESI, township accommodation/HRA, subsidised meals/meal subsidy, uniform, accident insurance coverage, performance related pay etc. as per rules in force and as amended from time to time. Protection of pay to the extent of Basic pay + DA for candidates currently working on permanent rolls in Public Sector Firms, Institutes under the Government, will be considered.
