Candidates offered engagement will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 31,000/- per month. An increase of 3% of the consolidated pay will be paid on successful completion of each year. Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, and TA & DA for duty travel apply based on eligibility, as per Company rules. The engagement is for one year, renewable for a maximum of 3 spells of one year each, at the Management's discretion, subject to requirement, performance and assessment. The Management may terminate the engagement with 15 days' notice or pay in lieu of notice, without assigning any reason. The engagement does not confer any right to extension, permanent appointment or preferential treatment. Panel candidates may also be considered for shorter-duration engagement at rates and terms fixed by the Company.
