Qualification / Eligibility
| Details | Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the last date of application. Only candidates who have passed their BE / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering after January 2022 are eligible to apply for 2026–27 apprenticeship training. Candidates who completed their BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering after January 2022 from a State/Central Government recognized or Government-aided institution are eligible. Candidates must be able to read and write Kannada. Priority will be given to Karnataka state candidates. Physically fit candidates will be given preference; differently-abled candidates are not eligible to apply. Candidates undergoing apprenticeship training in any other organization or currently employed elsewhere are not eligible. Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted for apprenticeship training on the basis of merit derived from their marks in the qualifying examination (BE / Diploma). The application must clearly state "For 2026–27 Apprenticeship Training - BE / Diploma holder" at the top. Candidates will be selected purely on merit based on qualifying examination marks. No written examination or interview is mentioned in the notification.
