- 2Click on the Online Application link for Advertisement No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-02/07 and select the desired post (Record Keeper or Store Keeper).
- 3Read the User Instructions carefully before filling the application form.
- 4Fill in all required details - personal information, educational qualifications, category, and other eligibility details accurately based on your original certificates.
- 5Pay the applicable examination fee online using available payment modes. The application printout can only be generated after fee payment.
- 6After final submission, candidates may make only one correction in the application. However, registered mobile number, email ID, and reservation category cannot be changed after submission.
- 7Download and keep a printed/hard copy of the application. No documents need to be sent by post.
- 8Candidates in regular government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of document verification.
- 9Download the Hall Ticket from www.gims.ac.in as per the exam schedule. Hall Tickets will not be sent by post.
