Gliders India Limited has announced vacancies for various managerial positions including Information Technology, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain Management and Administration departments.

Candidates must fulfil the educational qualification and experience requirements specified for each post. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Age Limit: Not more than 50 years. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA with minimum 5 years relevant experience. OR Diploma in Engineering (CS/IT) or BCA with minimum 7 years relevant experience. Age Limit: Not more than 50 years. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development or commercial functions. Experience in defence production or defence marketing will be preferred. The Fixed Term Employment contract will initially be for one year and may be extended for another two years based on performance and functional requirements. The maximum contract period will be three years.

The engagement is purely contractual in nature. The selected candidate will not be entitled to claim regular employment. Candidates may be required to work on holidays or weekends depending on functional requirements. The selected candidate has to maintain confidentiality of GIL data.
