Candidates must be at least 18 years old and no older than 44 years, as on 01.07.2026. This limit follows G.O.Ms.No.86 dated 18.05.2026 of GAD (Ser.A) Dept., Government of Telangana. The maximum age is relaxed as follows: Only candidates who belong to the local cadre are eligible. Under the Presidential Order 2018, 95% of the posts in each unit of appointment are reserved for local candidates and 5% are unreserved. Zonal posts are open to candidates from Rajanna Sircilla, Karimngar, Siddipet, Kamareddy and Medak districts. These are both Nursing Officer posts, all six technician posts, Cataloguer and Electrician. District posts are open to Rajanna Sircilla district only. These are Carpenter, Tailor, Theatre Assistant, Dhobi, Gas Operator, Lab Attendant, Nursing Orderly, Barber, Attendant and Ward Boy. Age Limit

Educational Qualification and Experience

There is no written test. The District Selection Committee, Rajanna Sircilla selects candidates on merit, out of 100 marks: Age weightage is counted from age 18. Each completed year earns 0.5 marks, up to a maximum of 10, with age reckoned as on 01.07.2026. The notice gives three examples: 20 years earns 1.0 mark, 30 years earns 6.0 marks and 38 years earns 10 marks. The merit list will be displayed on the website, and objections will be invited. The selection list will be drawn from the finalised merit list, following the rule of reservation and the Presidential Order 2018. Reservation for community, disability and Ex-Service Men/Women follows the AP State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, as adopted by Telangana. 33 1/3% reservation for women applies, under G.O.Ms.No.3 dated 10.02.2024 and G.O.Ms.No.35 dated 13.02.2024.

Engagement is on an outsourcing basis, up to 31/03/2027 or until the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier. Renewal depends on need and is subject to satisfactory performance.
