Goa Samagra Shiksha Teacher Recruitment 2026 – Walk in for 78 Posts

Goa Samagra Shiksha has announced a total of 78 vacancies for the Teacher (Foundational Stage) post. The vacancies are distributed across different blocks of Goa. Category-wise vacancy details include OBC - 21 posts, ST - 9 posts, SC - 2 posts and UR - 46 posts.

Candidates applying for GSS Teacher (Foundational Stage) Recruitment 2026 must fulfil the educational and experience requirements mentioned in the recruitment notification. The essential qualification requirements are: HSSC or equivalent certificate from a recognized board. Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Pre-Primary Teacher Education (PPTT) / D.El.Ed. OR B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education as per NEP-2020. OR Diploma in Special Education with valid RCI registration for inclusive classrooms. One year teaching or apprenticeship experience. Knowledge of Konkani. Four-year integrated B.Ed. (Foundational Stage) as per NCTE’s new framework. Master’s degree in Child Development, Psychology or Education. The age limit for GSS Teacher (Foundational Stage) Recruitment 2026 is as per Government norms.

Selected candidates for the Teacher (Foundational Stage) post will receive a fixed consolidated monthly salary of ₹20,000. The appointment will be purely on a contract basis up to 31 March 2027.

The selection process for GSS Teacher Recruitment 2026 will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview.
