The degree must be from a university established under a Central or State Act in India, or from an institution declared a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. How to Apply
- 1Applications are accepted online only at gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in. No physical applications will be accepted.
- 2Visit gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in and complete One Time Registration (OTR) if not done already. OTR is mandatory but is not itself an application - you must separately apply for each advertisement.
- 3On the Menu Bar, click "Online Application" → "Apply" and select the relevant advertisement.
- 4Enter your OTR Registration Number and Date of Birth, then click Apply.
- 5Fill in Personal Details, Communication Details, Other Details, Language Details, Education Details, and Experience Details carefully. Red asterisk (*) fields are mandatory.
- 6Upload your passport-size photograph (white background, with date, 5cm × 3.6cm, JPG, max 10 KB) and signature (white paper, black/blue ink, 2.5cm × 7.5cm, JPG, max 10 KB).
- 7Review all details before clicking SAVE/SUBMIT. Note your Application Number and Confirmation Number that appear on screen immediately after.
- 8Pay the application fee (if applicable) and take a printout of the confirmed application.
- 9Applications remain editable until June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Use the "Edit" option to make corrections - do not submit a fresh application.
- 10Complete the Consent Form and Consent Deposit (separate process) before June 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Important Instructions
The Preliminary Test will generally be held at Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad. Candidates must attend at their own expense. For the Interview, SC/ST candidates and candidates with no income source (whose parents' annual income is below the income tax threshold) are entitled to reimbursement of bus fare at GSRTC rates. Bring the original tickets on the interview day. Original certificates must be produced on the day of the interview. Candidates who fail to bring originals will not be permitted to appear. After the Preliminary Test, shortlisted candidates must upload certificates/documents online at gpsc-iass.gujarat.gov.in. Documents sent by post, email, or in person will not be accepted and such candidates will be automatically disqualified.
