• Stage 1 Mandatory pre-registration on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in with all documents uploaded
• Stage 2 Walk-in on the respective trade date with all original documents and photocopies
• Stage 3 Merit-based shortlisting: SSC/10th marks (70% weightage) + ITI marks (30% weightage)
• Stage 4 Merit list published on www.hal-india.co.in on 26-06-2026; confirmation emails sent to shortlisted candidates
• Stage 5 Joining / Reporting on 17-07-2026
• Selection is based only on GPA/CGPA marks secured in SSC/10th (70% weightage) and ITI (30% weightage). There will be no written test or interview. The merit list of selected candidates shall be hosted on www.hal-india.co.in on 26th June 2026 and confirmation emails shall be forwarded to shortlisted candidates subsequently.
• The date of joining/reporting for the Apprenticeship is 17th July 2026. All provisionally shortlisted candidates must be in a position to join by the prescribed date. If a candidate does not report by the scheduled date
• it will be assumed that he/she is not interested in the apprenticeship and the candidature will be forfeited. This Apprenticeship Training does not guarantee employment at HAL.

• Interested and eligible candidates must walk-in on the respective date and reporting time as per the trade-wise schedule at Utsav Sadan Auditorium, Behind Department of Training & Development, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Avionics Division, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500042. There is no separate online application on the HAL website.
• Before appearing for the walk-in, candidates must register on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and upload all required documents. Candidates must enter their name as it appears in the SSC/10th Certificate on the portal. Candidates must also enter a valid email ID and contact mobile number, along with ITI Certificate number, Aadhaar card number, Date of Birth, Category, Council, and Trade details on the web portal. HAL shall not be responsible for any application being rejected or candidate not shortlisted due to incorrect data entered on the portal.
• Candidates must make their own arrangements for accommodation and travelling for the walk-in process and joining the apprenticeship. No accommodation or travel reimbursement will be provided by HAL.

• Aadhaar Card
• SSC / 10th Marks Certificate
• ITI Marks Sheet (all semesters) / Certificate
• Birth Certificate (in case Date of Birth is not mentioned in SSC Certificate)
• Reservation / Community / Caste Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) – if applicable
• (b) Documents for Submission:
• Photo copy / Xerox copy of all the above certificates
• Apprentice registration copy from apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• Two passport size photographs

• Selection is purely merit-based on SSC/10th marks (70% weightage) and ITI marks (30% weightage); there will be no written test or interview. Registration on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in is mandatory before appearing for the walk-in interview. Candidates must upload SSC Marks Certificate, ITI Marks Certificate (all semesters), Aadhaar card number, photograph, signature, and KYC verification on the portal. Candidates must enter their name as it appears in the SSC/10th Certificate on the portal. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training or registered for Apprentice Training elsewhere under the Apprentices Act are not eligible. Candidates who have passed Apprenticeship under the Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme need not apply. Candidates who have already joined/are pursuing/are about to join any regular courses for higher education during the stipulated Training Period need not apply. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate. Merit list of selected candidates will be published on www.hal-india.co.in on 26th June 2026. Date of joining/reporting for the Apprenticeship is 17th July 2026; failure to report by the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of candidature. Submission of false/incorrect information or suppression of any facts at any stage will result in immediate cancellation/termination of candidature. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification. HAL reserves the right to alter the allocation of quota for trades at any time and to cancel the advertisement/selection process; HAL Management's decision regarding selection will be final.
