This is an Apprenticeship Training engagement under NAPS - it is NOT employment. After completion of the Apprenticeship contract, HAL has no obligation to offer any employment. Only candidates from Odisha state (10th and ITI from Odisha) are eligible. Applications from other states will not be considered. Candidates must register on the NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/) and complete their profile to 100% before applying. Profile details must match the 10th certificate exactly. Candidates already undergoing or registered under any NAPS contract elsewhere, or with 1 year or more of work experience, are not eligible. Selection is based entirely on merit - 70% weightage to 10th marks and 30% to ITI marks; no written test or interview is conducted. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email only. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process or document verification. The envelope containing the application must have "NAPS APPLICATION" written on top.
