High Explosives Factory has announced a total of 85 vacancies for the post of Tenure Based CPW, with reservation for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and other classes as per Government Reservation Rules.

Candidates having AOCP Trade Apprenticeship from Ordnance Factories, AOCP Trade Apprenticeship from a Govt./Private organization with Government affiliation, and other feeder trades as stated above from both Ordnance Factories and Govt./Private organizations having Govt. affiliation, and from Govt. ITI, shall be considered. Priority order for consideration: First priority: AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories, AOCP Trade Apprentices from Govt./Private organizations having Govt. affiliation, and candidates already engaged on Tenure Basis as CPW/DBW with a 3-month training certificate (1 month in-house on Safe Handling of explosives/ammunitions/safety norms + 2 months On-Job training) from MIL Group of Factories. Employment can be terminated at any time during the tenure by giving one month's notice by either party, or payment of the Basic Pay + DA components in lieu of notice. Selection is based on marks scored in the NAC (NCVT) mark sheet and Trade Test/Practical Test, in order of merit. HEF may decide the cut-off percentage for calling candidates for the Trade Test based on total marks secured in the NAC issued by NCVT.
