• Stage 3 Merit-based shortlisting on CGPA/Percentage of marks in Diploma/Engineering Degree/General Stream Graduation
• Stage 4 Merit list published on www.hal-india.co.in on 30-06-2026; confirmation emails sent to shortlisted candidates
• Stage 5 Joining / Reporting on 27-07-2026
• Selection is based only on CGPA/Percentage of marks secured in Diploma/Engineering Degree/Graduation in General Stream. There will be no written test or interview. Merit list of provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be hosted on www.hal-india.co.in on 30th June 2026 and confirmation emails shall be forwarded to shortlisted candidates subsequently.
• The date of joining/reporting for the Apprenticeship is 27th July 2026. All provisionally shortlisted candidates must be in a position to join by the prescribed date. If a candidate does not report by the scheduled date
• it will be assumed that he/she is not interested in the apprenticeship and the candidature will be forfeited. This Apprenticeship Training does not guarantee employment at HAL.

• Interested and eligible candidates must walk-in on the respective date as per the category/discipline-wise schedule at Utsav Sadan Auditorium, Behind Department of Training & Development, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Avionics Division, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500042. There is no separate online application on the HAL website. Candidates must pre-register on the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in before attending the walk-in interview.
• Before appearing for the walk-in, candidates must ensure they meet all the requisite eligibility criteria and that all particulars furnished are true and correct in all aspects. Submission of false/incorrect information or suppression of any facts at any stage will result in immediate cancellation/termination of candidature. Candidates must make their own arrangements for accommodation and travelling for the walk-in process and joining the apprenticeship.

• Aadhaar Card
• SSC / 10th Marks Certificate
• Birth Certificate (in case Date of Birth is not mentioned in SSC Certificate)
• Degree / Diploma Certificate marks sheets (all semesters or consolidated mark sheet)
• Original / Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree / Diploma
• Reservation / Community / Caste Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) – if applicable
• (b) Documents for Submission:
• One set of Photo copy / Xerox copy of all the above certificates
• Passport size photographs

• Selection is purely merit-based on CGPA/Percentage of marks in Diploma/Engineering Degree/Graduation in General Stream; there will be no written test or interview. Pre-registration on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) is mandatory before appearing for the walk-in interview. Only candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and possess Original/Provisional Certificate are eligible. The gap between the date of contract after joining apprenticeship and the date of passing the qualification should not be more than 5 years for all categories. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training or are registered for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act 1961 elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates who have already joined/are pursuing/are about to join any regular courses for higher education during the stipulated Training Period need not apply. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate. Merit list of selected candidates will be published on www.hal-india.co.in on 30th June 2026. Date of joining/reporting for the Apprenticeship is 27th July 2026; failure to report by the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of candidature.
