Candidates must hold a position equivalent to Joint Director or Additional Director in a department, board, corporation, or state university under the Haryana Government.

Candidates must hold an officer position of Under Secretary or Superintendent in the Haryana Government.

Officers working at the level of Section Officer, Superintendent, or Superintendent in any department or Public Sector Undertaking (SPSU) are eligible to apply.

Personal Assistants (PAs) or Private Secretaries (PSs) working in a department, board, corporation, or state university under the Haryana Government are eligible to apply.

• 2Applications must be submitted through the proper channel. The following documents must be attached with the application:

• 4Self-attested copies of all required educational and service documents
• 5Recommendation from the Head of Department (HoD) of the parent department
• 6No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• 7Candidates must obtain a NOC from their parent department to appear for the interview.
