Selected Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive a total stipend of ₹25,000 per month. This includes: ₹20,500 per month from HPCL ₹4,500 per month from the Government of India via DBT No separate housing or other allowances will be provided by HPCL.

Engineering Graduation from a recognized University/Institute. Degree must be completed on or after September 1, 2023. General and OBC-NCL candidates must have at least 60% marks. SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates must be Indian citizens. Registration on the NATS 2.0 Portal is mandatory. Candidates who already have an Apprenticeship Contract with an institute are not eligible to apply. Candidates with work experience of one year or more will also not be eligible. The official notification has released state-wise training slots, totaling 358. Slots for some major states: Maharashtra – 64 Uttar Pradesh – 37 Gujarat – 32 Tamil Nadu – 20 Telangana – 19 Delhi – 18 Rajasthan – 17 Punjab – 16 Haryana – 14 Bihar – 14 West Bengal – 14 Training slots are also available for other states. Final allocation will be based on HPCL’s requirements.

Only applications from NATS-registered candidates will be accepted. Only one state of training preference can be selected. Providing incorrect information may result in rejection of the application. Do not wait for the application deadline. Have all documents scanned in advance.
