HPRCA Clerk Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 40 Posts

HPRCA has advertised a total of 40 Clerk posts under Post Code 26045 in the Department of Personnel (Secretariat Administration Services-I). The number of posts is tentative and may increase or decrease as per HPRCA's general instructions.

Candidates applying for HPRCA Clerk Recruitment 2026 must meet the educational qualification, typing speed, and domicile-linked schooling conditions given below. Eligibility is assessed as on 11.09.2026, the closing date for submission of the ORA. Selected candidates will be engaged as a Job Trainee under the Job Trainee Scheme-2025 (notified by the Department of Personnel vide notification No. PER(AP)-C-B(15)-3/2024 dated 19.07.2025, and a subsequent letter dated 26.09.2025) and will receive a consolidated fixed amount of ₹12,500/- per month.
