The Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB) has officially announced the Junior Clerk Recruitment 2026 with 91 openings. • The selection process for HPSCB Junior Clerk Recruitment 2026 consists of 2 stages - Online Examination (150 marks
• 150 minutes
• conducted through IBPS Mumbai) followed by Document Verification/Scrutiny. There is no personal interview. Candidates up to 1.75 times of vacant posts will be called for document verification. Final selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit in the online examination after document verification. Candidates must score minimum 40% marks in the online examination to be shortlisted for document verification. Candidates declared successful who do not personally attend document verification will have their candidature cancelled.

• Applications must be submitted online only through the Bank's website www.hpscb.bank.in by clicking the "APPLY ONLINE" option. Hard copy applications or applications by any other mode will not be accepted. The online application window is open from 09-05-2026 to 29-05-2026. Candidates must register on the portal, make fee payment online, and upload all required documents. No change will be possible after clicking the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button. Candidates are advised to keep their valid personal email ID and mobile number active till the completion of the entire recruitment process.
• Before applying, candidates must have ready: scanned photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink on white paper), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), and a hand-written declaration in English on white paper with black ink. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted. The hand-written declaration text is: "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

• All reserved category benefits including age relaxation and fee concession apply only to Bonafide Himachali candidates. Candidates must possess valid experience certificate from their cooperative society - false experience certificates will result in summary cancellation of candidature irrespective of qualifying the online examination. Experience certificates must be issued by the concerned Inspector of Society and countersigned by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of H.P. supported by managing committee resolution and statutory audit report pages. No hard copy applications will be accepted - online submission only via www.hpscb.bank.in. Application fee is non-refundable; fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS and hand-written declaration not in candidate's own handwriting or not in English will be treated as invalid. Candidates already in regular (confirmed) service must submit NOC and good character certificate from current employer at document verification - absence of NOC will result in cancellation of candidature. There is NO negative marking in the online examination; minimum 40% marks required to qualify. Candidates must appear in person at document verification - non-appearance will lead to cancellation of candidature without notice. OBC candidates must submit a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate; EWS candidates must have family gross annual income below Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum. PwBD candidates must have minimum 40% degree of disability and must submit Medical Certificate from competent authority confirming fitness for duty at selected post. Wards of Ex-Servicemen are NOT eligible for posts advertised for Ex-Servicemen. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years (extendable up to maximum 3 years). No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the online examination. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in the area of operation of H.P. State Cooperative Bank in Himachal Pradesh.
