M.Sc. or M.Tech (including Integrated M.Tech 4+2) in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Food Science or relevant discipline from a recognized university. NET/GATE not mandatory. Experience in food biochemistry, extrusion/functional analysis, biochemical techniques etc.
