Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for ICAI Branch In-Charge Recruitment 2026 must be a Graduate from a recognized University. Educational qualifications must be from a University, Deemed University, or Institution recognized by AICTE, UGC, or the appropriate statutory authority. Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only), non-refundable and inclusive of all applicable taxes, through the online portal. ICAI Branch In-Charge Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process for ICAI Branch In-Charge Recruitment 2026 consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by an Interview. Candidates can select their preferred test centre through the online portal. Centre allotment is made solely based on availability of seats and candidate preference, and no request for change of centre is entertained. ICAI reserves the right to cancel or add test cities depending on administrative feasibility. Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for an Interview. The minimum qualifying marks for the Interview are 30. Marks obtained in the Interview are added to the CBT marks to prepare the final merit list. Before the interview, ICAI will verify submitted document copies against originals; candidates with discrepancies will not be permitted to appear. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
