ICAR-IARI is recruiting 1 post of Senior Research Fellow. Project focuses on genome editing for nematode resistance in Rice.

Emoluments: ₹42,000 + 30% HRA per month (as per DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26 June 2023). Additional Benefits: House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided as per rules. Hostel accommodation may be provided wherever available (in such cases HRA will not be admissible). Medical facilities as per ICAR norms. No other allowances or benefits (like Dearness Allowance, Pension, etc.) are admissible as this is a purely contractual/project position. Salary is consolidated and subject to periodic performance review. Note: Emoluments may be revised as per latest GoI/ICAR/DST guidelines during the project duration.

Selection for the Senior Research Fellow position will be done through the following process: Screening of Applications Applications received will be screened based on eligibility criteria, academic performance, relevant research experience, and publications.
