As per the notification, no other or additional allowances apart from the consolidated salary mentioned above will be admissible, and appointees will not be entitled to any benefits available to regularly appointed IGIMS, employees.

For Assistant Professor/ Senior Consultant and Senior Resident/ Consultant (Sl. No. 1 & 2): Selection will be made through Screening and Interview . For Clinical Psychologist/ Psychiatric Social Worker/ Psychiatric Nurse, Project Co-ordinator, and Data Entry Operator (Sl. No. 3, 4 & 5): Screening will be done, and if necessary, a written test may also be conducted in case a large number of applications are received. Applications will be scrutinized by a Screening Committee, and the final decision regarding appointment rests solely with the competent authority. The list of shortlisted candidates for interview/ test will be published on the IGIMS, official website. No separate communication will be sent regarding the date, time, and venue of the interview/ written test; candidates must keep checking www.igims.org. Mere fulfilment of the essential qualification does not guarantee selection.

Candidates must submit the duly filled application form along with self-attested photocopies of the following documents: Duly filled prescribed application form Photocopy of Identification proof, viz. Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, or any other government identity proof Self-attested certificates, mark sheets, and degrees 10th Mark sheet Experience certificates MCI/ State Medical Council registration certificate (as applicable) No Objection Certificate (NOC), for candidates currently working in a government organization Any other relevant document Original certificates must be produced by shortlisted candidates at the time of the interview/ test, as no call letter will be issued separately.
