In addition to the monthly remuneration, candidates receive a Transport Allowance of ₹3,600 per month and an Aviation Allowance of ₹300 per month.

The selection process comprises shortlisting, an online interview/written test as required, document verification, and medical fitness.

Online interviews will be conducted as required, and links will be shared on the candidate's email ID one day prior. Mere submission of an application does not confer any right to be called for the selection process or appointment. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or interview. The appointment is purely contractual for 11 months (extendible) and confers no right for regular appointment or absorption. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Courts in Lucknow only will have jurisdiction for any disputes.
