Selected candidates for the Lower Division Clerk post will receive a pay scale of ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-2, 7th CPC).

Candidates must upload either the original certificate or the provisional certificate issued by a competent authority when submitting their educational qualification certificates. Uploading mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets, or statements instead of certificates will not be accepted. Candidates must upload No Objection Certificate, in case already employed in Government/ Government undertakings. Candidates seeking reservation benefits available for EWS/ ESM must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice and possess certificates in the prescribed format. Serving Defence Personnel Certificate as per the prescribed format attached (Annexure- I), if applicable (for personnel whose Specific Period of Engagement (SPE) is to be completed on or before 31.01.2027). CMD/IHMCT reserves the right to determine the selection process based on requirements. The selection process may include application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test and skill test/proficiency test.
