The upper age limit for both posts is 27 years. Age, qualifications and experience are all considered as on 25 November 2026, the last date of application submission. Essential: Bachelor's degree with knowledge of computer operation. Desirable: 02 years' experience in Administration, Accounts and Audit, Academics or Store/Purchase in Centrally Funded Institutes, Central/State Govt., Semi Govt., Govt. Autonomous organizations, Govt. Universities or Institutions of Higher Education. OR a Diploma of Polytechnic in Modern Office Management with 01 year working experience of a Govt. organization. OR a Diploma of ITI in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Stenographer and Secretarial Assistant, or Secretarial Practice with 02 years' working experience of a Govt. organization. Fluent Hindi and English typing, with knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets

The notice says the selection process will be notified later. It does set out these stages: Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not by itself entitle a candidate to be called. Shortlisting criteria may be higher than the minimum essential qualification as per RPN 2016, and the Institute may set higher norms to limit the number of candidates. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the Institute website, and no individual communications will be sent. Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents with one set of self-attested copies at the selection process.
