Job Responsibilities of Ad Hoc Academic Associate (HRM)
Teaching Assistance (Primary Activity): Assist faculty members in 100 to 150 sessions per year Attend classes and monitor academic discipline Correction/grading of answer sheets, quizzes, projects, and assignments Assist in course design, preparation of reading lists, handouts, simulations, and slides Conduct attendance marking, class participation evaluation, and remedial sessions Coordinate with Academic Offices and participate in exam/quiz invigilation Research Activities (Secondary Activity): Assist faculty in research, case writing, teaching notes, and paper writing Learn required tools, techniques, and software for high-quality research Coordinate with R&P Office and Case Unit for research dissemination
