IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 11 Assistant, Junior Assistant and More Posts

The notification advertises a total of 11 regular posts across three designations. The post-wise and category-wise breakdown is detailed below. *Note: The place of initial posting of the candidate selected for the post of Assistant against post reserved for ST category and candidate ranked first in merit under UR category shall be IIMK-Kochi Campus.

IIM Kozhikode Assistant Category-wise Vacancy 2026

Candidates must fulfill the essential educational qualifications and experience requirements specified for each post as of the last date of receipt of online application. Experience Requirements: Assistant: Six (06) years' relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-05 (Rs. 29200-92300) or combined service of eight (08) years' relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-04 (Rs. 25500-81100) and Pay Level-05 (Rs. 29200-92300) for officials of Govt./Autonomous Institutions, OR equivalent relevant service and pay for Non-Govt. officials on contract basis meeting prescribed salary thresholds. Junior Assistant: Five (05) years relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-03 (Rs. 21700-69100) or eight (08) years relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-02 (Rs. 19900-63200) for officials of Govt./Autonomous Institutions, OR equivalent relevant service and pay for Non-Govt.

The application fee is to be paid through online payment system. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The selection process for all posts consists of a Written Test only.

SSLC as proof of date of birth. Proof of Educational qualification (Final year mark sheet to be produced at the time of Written Test/interview). Experience certificate (from latest employment to earlier ones clearly mentioning period of employment). Proof of the salary drawn during the total period of experience claimed i.e. initial salary proof, proof of change of salary/pay level, latest salary proof. Community certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India. Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the current employer (if applicable). Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen / Medical Certificate from Medical Board for PwD.

Separate application along with relevant supporting documents must be sent and application fee is to be paid for each post. The eligibility, age, qualification, etc. prescribed shall be as on the last date of receipt of online application. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector, or Autonomous Bodies must forward their applications through proper channel. Incomplete or unsigned applications and applications without proper supporting documents will be summarily rejected. Selected candidates will have to join in the entry pay of the concerned Pay Level of the post. Pay protection benefits will not be extended. Candidates joining the Institute will not be permitted to apply for outside employment for the initial three years. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
