The notice gives the age limits as preferences ("preferably") and does not give a date on which age is counted. 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in programme coordination, academic administration, executive education or a similar role. Experience in an IIM, a reputed business school or a higher educational institution shall be preferred. The same allowances apply to all three posts on top of the consolidated monthly emoluments: an Out of Campus Allowance (OCA) of ₹4500 per month and mobile reimbursement of ₹500 per month. Programme Coordination: coordinate the overall functioning of the Programme in accordance with the directions of the Competent Authority and the Institute's established procedures. Academic Scheduling: work with the concerned faculty members and academic departments to prepare and finalise the programme schedule, including class sessions, examinations, guest lectures and other academic activities, as approved by the competent authorities.
