IIP Technical and Non Technical Recruitment 2026 - Apply for Professor, Assistant Professor & Other Contractual Posts at Delhi

The proposed consolidated remuneration for each post is given below. All amounts are negotiable based on credentials and experience, as stated in the notification. For retired professors, the Basic Salary minus Pension will be applicable as per university norms. Selected candidates will not be entitled to PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, house rent allowance, dearness allowance, transport allowance, or any other allowance, and no TA/DA is admissible for joining or completing the assignment.

Applications received in response to the notification will be shortlisted based on the qualifications and experience of applicants. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview for selection, or as per the merit directed by the competent authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to appear for the interview. Fulfilment of the educational qualifications and experience does not necessarily entitle any applicant to be called for the recruitment process.

The engagement is purely temporary and on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year, subject to renewal based on performance. The consolidated remuneration will remain unchanged for the term of the contract, with no increment during the contract period, and is subject to deduction of Professional Tax/TDS as applicable. Shortlisted candidates may be required to work on weekends, holidays, or beyond normal working hours without extra remuneration. Candidates appointed cannot represent or advise others in matters adverse to the interest of the office, and cannot take up any other assignment during the contract period. The engagement may be terminated by the office at any time with 30 days' notice, without assigning reasons. If a candidate wishes to leave, they must give 3 months' notice. In cases of unfitness, insubordination, or misconduct, services can be terminated immediately
